can't see unreferenced view

I'm placing referenced section views in my sheet files. I couldn't see the view after I had placed it. I have a filter for unreferenced views (so I disabled it) then I can see all of the other unreferenced views. But I can not see the referenced section tag I just placed. I went back to my working view and tried it and I can see it there.

The highlighted areas are showing all other unreferenced views visible. the highlighted red line the where I'm trying to place the referenced view.

Deadline tomorrow.

Found it, the Annotation Crop was checked.

By Referenced view are you stating that you are placing a callout that references another callout? What are are the extents of the callout you are referencing? Do the extents cut through the plans view range?
