Can't change top constraint of wall

I have a wall that won't allow me to change the top constraint. The wall has no top constraints.

I meant the wall has no top offset. Sorry about the confussion.

Select the wall and click on "Detach from All", in the Options Bar.

You should then be able to define a top constraint.

To check if a wall is attached, look at the Element Propertities and there will be check box ticked for " Wall Top/Bottom is Attached "
