Executable file is not working in other computer

Hi!

I have created program which is connection with AutocAD and sent data to Excel. after compiling it works good in my pc. but after copying in other's computer it is not working it gives error. attached image.

I also copied auocad.interop files in current program directory in other's pc.

Please help me for this.

Does the other pc have AutoCAD installed?

Yes, same AutoCAD version same Microsoft office version, same both pc are 64bit version, only visual studio is in my pc.

On the other pc, make sure that Autodesk.AutoCAD.Interop.dll is present in the same folder as acad.exe. Also, be sure that in your project, Copy Local is set to false for your dll reference.
