If anyone has called the Revit Support phone number lately, you might have been a bit puzzled. The message says that the phone system has been changed, and that the number, 1-866-467-3848, is no longer being monitored for support....okay, I can handle that.....

BUT, then the voice message says "Please call 1-866-467-3848, and hit 2 to be connected with Revit support." Hmmm...that takes me right back to where I was.

I've put in a call to see if we can get this straightened out. In the mean time, please log all your support issues through the subscription center at www.autodesk.com (http://www.autodesk.com)

Something is not quite right, that message should be heard if you got to the phone queue from other routes; i.e. the old 877 and 867 numbers or by dialing someone directly and trying to forward yourself to the queue. The 866-467-3848 number is still being monitored.

When did this happen? There might be a timing issue with our phone switch.

A user brought it to my attention yesterday, and I tried the 1-866 number, at about 5:00pm PST.

I just tried it again this morning, and got through to Steve Burri. He says that he will check into it, but it seems to have something to do with the time. The system seems to be kicking into 'after hours mode' when it shouldn't be.

Continue to use the 1-866-GO-REVIT number, or log your support issues at the link provided by Chris Mahoney in this thread.
