Problem duplicating view with details!!!

Why if there are some annotations that cannot be duplicated it won't duplicate any annotations? Is this a bug? I never had that happen on 6.1 or before. Can someone confirm?

I tested copying portions of the annotations and it worked, and some items it won't copy, but the duplicate view should copy all that it is allowed, so it minimizes the copying back and forth!!!

Now it won't let me copy all the dimensions from one floor to the duplicate!!!!

To redo them one by one, or
To copy them string by string?

I found that with copying everything, filtering to select text only and then copying to clipboard.
When you paste back to your new view, paste from clipboard select the views you want to paste to. it pastes it in exactly the correct position.

I found that it does work in some cases as per above post (edit copy/paste etc) with dimensions too.
