Timer for plotting

Summary: Provide a timer which estimates the time that is needed to complete a plot

Description: In AutoCad, plotting a layout can take minutes or even hours to finish.
Is it possible to provide a sort of timer which indicates the time that is needed, to complete the plot task.
It would be a really nice to have, to have the option to decide to wait for it or maybe cancel it for that moment.

AutoCAD could only let you know when it's completed sending to the plotter. After that it's out of AutoCAD's hands.
Our plotters are accessible online and I have mine set to alert me each time my plots are complete.
