what is the revit equivalent of dim scale linear

We manufacture modular homes - some with pitched roof and ceiling - which are made upside down on the floor before fitting to the building.

In AutoCAD Architecture we use dims with a Dim Scale Linear to show the true length in plan from the edge of the room to the lighting position.

I'm not sure what you're asking, you mention linear dimensions and scale?
If you mean "Units", that is set in your dimension styles, either use your global settings or set new ones.
If you mean "linear" vs "aligned" dimensions, yes that is one of your dimension options.
