Wall sweeps - can't stretch in plan/rcp

can someone else verify that you can't stretch a wall sweep in a plan view or rcp? I only get the blue grips in 3d views and elevations.

I could swear I used to be able to easily move them around on plan - but have noticed I cannot either do this in plan recently. Its a Pain !

I am amble to stretch and move hosted floor sweep edges but not wall sweeps
Oh well - Wall sweeps would be good !
