At least 2 versions are broken. I get an error:

Cannot open database C:\....AecDtlComponents(US).mdb

Unable to cast COM object of type.... This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID... failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRRESULT: 0X80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))

Any tips?

No doubt that 2020 used 32 bit to talk to mdb and Windows 11 doesn't have that component anymore, relying on 64 bit Office components. What version on Office do you have installed? According to Autodesk, Windows 11 support starts with 2021 (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Will-AutoCAD-based-products-be-compatible-with-Windows-11.html?st=windows%2011%20support). You might search for a Microsoft solution for 32 but oledb access.

Thanks, I just tried installing the Microsoft Access Database Engine 32bit and it won't let me install it because I have 64 bit installed. It might be more effort to fix this than to update at this point, but the Windows 11 update worked fine on my laptop.

Sorry for the double post... would this work?

I don't believe that you can have 64 bit version of Office and use the 32 bit driver at the same time. You have to choose one or the other.

At least 2 versions are broken.
Is there a reason that you don't upgrade AutoCAD? Are you trying to keep multiple versions working?

I have a custom setup, with toolbars, and it is a pain to upgrade.

The problem seems to have been fixed by installing AutoCAD Architecture 2022. The older versions work now.

Windows 11 24H2 update caused the same issue with ACA 2019 and ACA 2023. Detail Components are not working. I reverted back to Windows 11 23H2 to resolve and postponed future Windows updates for the maximum allowable time, about 4 to 5 weeks. Windows 11 24H2 updated automatically after the postponement with the same result: Detail Components are not working.
Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? yet??

I doubt that Autodesk would issue a fix for apps that old, especially since 2026 was released. That means that 2023 is about to fall off the radar. When you say that Detail Components aren't working, what do you mean? If its a data issue, see my earlier comments about 32 bit Office. The default for Office installs is the 32 bit version. You may need to switch to 64 bit Office.

"Cannot open database"
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Cannot-open-database-in-AutoCAD-Architecture-or-AutoCAD-MEP-detail-component-manager.html
We can try ACA 2024, 2025, 2026 after next update to Windows 11 24H2.
What is it with Windows 11 24H2 that made Autodesk .mdb database incompatible, I wonder?

What does MS Office have to do with a Windows 11 PC and Autodesk .MDB database?
Office works fine. Does that mean that Autodesk has been using a 32-bit version database in their applications and products?
What year does Autodesk and Windows 11 23H2 become compatible, I wonder.
Thank you for your help and insights!

Detail Components store data in an mdb database. You didn't say what problem you are having with detail components. This thread deals with detail components not being able to open the mdb. The latest AutoCAD versions require 64 bit data access engine, but many people are still using 32 bit versions of Office, which includes MS Access, the program used to read/write to mdb files.
