Does anyone know what the industry standard job title is for a person with 23 years of experience in AutoCad Map 3D? I started with board drawing now working with gps shape files for maps. Thanks for any help.

Wizard sounds reasonable...
Or Cartographer; Cartography Specialist ( or Technician)

Sounds like it kind of borders on GIS Technician (https://www.bing.com/search?form=MOZLBR&pc=MOZR&q=gis+technician).

Companies get pretty wild (or pretty boring) with job titles. I ran a poll a few years back: https://www.augi.com/articles/detail/homepage-poll-job-titles (https://www.augi.com/articles/detail/homepage-poll-job-titles)
Collected nearly 200 variations from our members.
Now, Civil is the largest part of the salary survey responses (https://www.augi.com/surveys-polls/salary/survey-archives) these days.
Overall, the most popular job titles in the 2022 salary survey were:
Designer - 23%
BIM Manager - 11%
CAD Manager - 10%
Drafter - 9%
Engineer - 8%
Architect - 7%
Project Manager - 6%
Technician - 5%
With less representation for other titles.
