Keynotes

What is the best way to transfer Keynotes from one project to the another? I use note blocks and have one set for plans & one for elevations.

Unfortunately, if the keynotes were created " on -the-fly" ie in-place family, you cannot transfer them between projects. A big failing in the the current program IMHO.

Its best to creat keynotes as annotation families that can be loaded into each project.

You can copy and paste the description from the noteblock schedule to a new noteblock schedule as a sort of work around.
