Filtering New and existing doors in a door schedule

I have a plan that has both new and existing doors, I'm using the revit door schule to show the new doors but the existing doors show up in the schedule also, is there a way to filter out the existing so they dont appear in the schedule.

Make sure you are using phases naturally, then set the the phase and phase filter in the schedule so you show only new doors.

Thanks guys for your quick response, although both are great ways of solving the problem, I went with Steve's idea about switching the phase ID in the schedule itself, it did the trick. Keep up the great work, I love this forum.
