Hello,
I am having trouble with the formatting of the elevation label display, specifically with the decimal separator. For ±0,00, and everything above +1,00 and -1,00 (including) it is displayed with a comma, everything between ±0,00 and +1,00 and -1,00 it is displayed with a period (eg.: +0.25, -0.35, etc). Any ideas?
I am using Autocad Architecture 2022 and Windows 11 Enterprise. Windows regional settings are set to the correct format.
Thanks!

You stated what the result is, but not what you want. Which regional setting have you chosen? Maybe you have a copy error, both of the formats you listed are the same.

I would like it to be with a comma, as it's the correct way to write where i am (and how the dimension styles are set). I suspect it's connected to the fact that ACA dimensions are in cm if they are below 1 meter, and i do not want to change this behavior. I do not think it is a copy error as i have found old plotted PDF's made with different versions of ACA on different versions of Windows and different computers that have this (albeit small) problem. I tried adding the "ELEVATION" tag to Property Set Definitions and assign a Property Data Format to it but i suspect it's not the correct way to solve this. As a last resort, although i do not like it, is set a equal space font and just cover the dot with a manually placed comma, but, i hate doing it in such a janky way. I like my drawing to be as clean and as professional as possible, so far spending 2 full days trying to solve this.

When I said copy error, I meant in your post. ±0,00 and +1,00 and -1,00. I'm not sure what values you are talking about and what regional settings you are using. US or Europe? Do you want thousands separators to be commas?
After looking at your dwg blocks, I see that the value is just text. How are you entering the values? Help me out, it's been a few years since I used aca.

I do not enter the value. It auto-updates based on what height it is placed at. If the height is below +1,00 or above -1,00 it will use a period as a decimal separator. At ±0,00 it will switch back to the comma decimal separator, as well as at +1,00 and -1,00 and will use the comma for every thing above +1,00 and -1,00. It's just the interval between -1,00 and +1,00, with the exception of ±0,00. I should have mentioned, it's for AutoCad Architecture. As far as i am aware it will not work in the normal version of AutoCad. I doubt it will work in any other version either, but as i never used those, i do not know.

I have MEP 2024 installed. Can you tell me the steps you use to place the block? So I can try to replicate the problem?

I insert a elevation label from the tool palettes, and select the type that i want from the properties window, select the from the definition list, in the design tab. Inserting a multiview block from the insert tab in the ribbon will not function properly. There is some diferences between a normal multi-view block reference and a elevation label. Although both are multi-view block references, elevation labels have one extra option in the right click menu named "elevation label modify...".

If the label works properly, simply moving it up or down should change the value.

I've been playing around with it for a while and found that it seems to be affected by Options>AEC Dimension>Units>use superscript mm. I can't find a way to change the effect. It probably is hard coded into the system that updates the elevation attribute and there isn't anything you can do about it. If you want to take it further, I would open a support request and report it. They can mark it as a bug and escalate to development.

Thank you for the help. I guess I will improvise it with a mono space font and manually cover the decimal separator. Where should i make the support request. Have a nice day, and thank you again for the help.
