2024 TOPOSOLID-WHY?

I just upgraded to 2024. I heard about the change to toposolid. My first question is why? This is so slow and cumbersome. It's so much harder now to make simple changes to a topo. Am I missing something? Usually upgrades should make work easier. This new toposolid is not simple or easy. Is there a way to convert a toposolid back to a normal topo before 2024?

I don't think you can convert back. Have you spent some time learning how to work with the new Toposolid tool beyond just fumbling around?
