I have this intermittent problem with transparent filled regions: They only partially show up.
In the situation shown here, my light gray filled region is visible only at the railings and stringers of this stair. When I move it away from the stairs, the region becomes completely invisible. This would make sense if the region was white, but it's not.
Why does this happen, and how can I prevent it?
