New 2022 Install, Ugly Interface

I had AutoCAD 2022 and AutoCAD Raster Design 2022 loaded. I set the interface to dark mode. It looks terrible. The menu areas are a pale blue as if looking through foggy glass. I don't like it set to white. Any ideas why this is? I tried loading a screenshot but it would not load. This is my first post in a long time.

Maybe someone can explain the way to attach an image to my post. I tried the following with no results:
Insert Image
From Computer
Choose File (Browse for file)
Click Upload File(s)

After you completed the above you'll be automatically brought back to the message composition window & it should now look like this:
