Exporting Dwgs to AutoCAD

I'm trying to convert drawings to the AutoCAD standards previously setup by of our client, I see that when we convert them to AutoCAD the perimeter of the views are added to layer 0 which is visible instead of defpoints and all of our annotations are exploded are there any ways around this?

Currently there is no way around this! This needs to be added to the wishlist with a high priority.
