Scheduling soffits

How would I go about to schedule my soffits? Could not manage with adding parameters. Must be missing something along the process.

I usually use a ceiling, not a roof soffit, and schedule that.

Ceilings and soffits are basically the same thing, but ceilings are more functional.

Thanks, was hoping to avoid that since I have placed light fittings in some of the soffits.

Select those light fittings and cut to clipboard. Place the new ceiling soffit then paste same place for the light fittings. No too much trouble I hope.

Nope. Just have to make sure my electrical schedules are updated correctly.
