Using the username as plot stamp

Can we use a parameter to show the username ? It's to use on a title block to show who plotted the sheet.

You could do that with a shared parmeter.

in ADT we had a timestamp block which had
Date/Time. Fullpath and filename and the username

how do I combine all this in one.
Also we have a field called Filename but there is no default parameter for Filename just filepath. the space does not allow for the path just the name,
