Rotating views on plot sheets

I have a question: in order to make some views fit on the paper correctly, I have rotated them 90 degrees. However, the title line also rotates, so it is not aligned horizontally with the page. Is there a way to just rotate the view and not rotate the title at the same time? Many thanks.

I think all you need to do is click on the view border and rotate it whichever degree you need

I tried and it didn't work...I thought it was beegee that had a solution for that one....

Because of some issues (I guess...NDA) I found out that this feature was supported in 6.1 and earlier, but was dropped in 7.0, but I hope our voice got to the factory!!! :)

Hey there,

Go back to your view and select to show your crop region. Then highlight the crop region and rotate it. (The original versions of 7.0 did not support this; however, it was fixed in one of the updated 7.0 releases. I can't remember which build.)

Once your view is rotated, the sheet view will appear correctly with the title normal.

Maybe it has somehting to do with an upgraded project file from an earlier release??? Because I have the latest build and it doesn't work, but I remember trying it when I read it in the forum....

All you have to do is rotate the view title tag family. Load it into the project, select the view title, duplicate the title tag and change from the default to the rotated tag. Here are 2 example families 90deg and -90deg.
