Why won't my revision tags work??

I have a revision cloud on a floor plan, which I tried to tag with a revision tag. It gave me a message saying there was no family loaded for that type. So I loaded the revision tag family from the library, and then it told me the family is not of the correct type or something like that.

So I tried to manually load the revision tag before tagging the cloud, but then when I try to tag the cloud it still says there is no family loaded.

If I expand the families in the project browser, I do indeed see the revsion tag loaded under annotations. What gives??

Maybe the tag is there but really small, did you check for that ?

Perhaps you're loading an older version of the revision tag from the 6.1 library? The new functionality wasn't in 6, thus the tag may not be recognized with its new functionality.

James is correct.

Remove the old tag from your Project & then re-load the new Revision tag.

That should work.

The real pain is when you set up the new schedule in your title block.

I have the same problem.

I've deleted all instances of my old revision tag, saved and closed the file. Reopened and tried to load the new revision tag but receive the same error.

I saw one of the little buggers hiding in the project browser, deleted it, loaded the new tag, and all is well.
