Username as Parameters

Can the username be setup in anyway to be use as a parameter ?

Only as a Shared Parameter.

Shared Parameters are user-created parameters that are stored in a text file on a shared network drive (so everyone can access the same parameter file). Look in your Revit Help Section under "Shared Parameters". There will be numerous results covering the topic quite well.

I know about shared parameters, but how would i get the username from it? I would have to get one parameter for every user, doesnt make sense to me.

...doesnt make sense to me...Even if you create the shared parameter and add it to your project parameters you'll have to manually supply the information, it won't be automatic. I assume you are hoping to include the username at plot time? You and your user's would have to remember to fill in their username at plot time, even after getting the data on your sheet. It won't automatically fill in the windows username. You can get the info on your sheet, but I don't think it will be a satisfying process.
