Where do you set Discipline?

Maybe I'm just dense this afternoon, but I can't find where you set the Discipline for a Sheet.
I've got a bunch of Sheets created for Engineering, but I don't want them showing up in my Project Browser. I swear I had them filtered by Discipline before, but now I don't even remember where you select the Discipline field.
The only thing I find in the Help File (under View Properties) talks about the View Properties and lists a bunch of options I don't have.
I could filter the Sheet Names for A*, but my only options there are Equals and Not Equals - not "Starts with"

Views can be filtered in the browser by discipline ( Settings Browser Organisation ) and Sheets can be filtered by prefix ( same dialog )

I thought there was a 'begins with'.

You can add a parameter for 'Sheet Type', then you'll have the ability to sort & filter as needed.
