Network Revit 8 Series

Have been using the version 7 and had no problem with licensing.

Just installed version 8 revit series and it now can not obtain a license.

Version 7 still works fine but 8 will not, does anyone have an idea?

The web site says it uses the same network license manager.

You may need to obtain a new license file for Revit Building 8. If you are on subscription you should be able to just call them up and have them email you the .lic file.

This is my assumption as well. 7&8 seem to use the same serial numbers. I would recommend that you call the authorization phone number and have them email you a new license file.
