Door schedules

I am doing a renovation and would like to keep doors not in the project scope off of my door schedule. However, even if I change the existing door property and move it to the "existing" phase, they are still included in my schedule. Am I missing a very easy step here?

The step you are missing is to wait for 6.0 when schedule filtering will come into effect. Any day now...

The current 5.1 proceedure is to add a schedule parameter - call it "phase" , identify each door as New or Existing, group and sort the schedule using that parameter, hide that column in the schedule and then , on the sheet, split the schedule between those two groups and move the "existing" part of the schedule off the plotting area.

Beegee, I think I know a simpler way. This is done by right-clicking on the door schedule in the project browser and changing the phase filter to show new doors only.
