visibility of windows not cut by the "cut plane"

so i can't seem to figure how to get high level and low level windows to show in walls when they are above or below the cut plane height.

please point me in the right direction

attached pdf is a screenshot of a low level embedded shopfront that doesn't show when printed and its not cutting the wall

You may need to use plan regions.
