Re-attaching a floor to a wall

Is there anyway to do so ?

All you should need to do is

either click on the wall, then in the option bar click attach, then top or bottom and then the floor....

or you meant the cutting, which all you need to do is join the wall with the floor.

If you meant attachin a floor to a wall, instead of the opposite, the only way the floor was attached to the wall was by sketching the floor with picking the wall, instead of sketching...is this what you meant?
