Leader alignment

There is a standard rule of thumb regarding leaders and how they attach to their text: 1. If the leader attaches to the left side of the text, it centers vertically on the first (upper) line of text or 2. If the leader attaches to the right side of the text, it centers vertically on the last (bottom) line of text.

It would also be nice if the attachment of the leader could be modified, yet the relationship remains. (I hate to say it, but like Auto@#D).

I personally never followed that convention :wink: but there certainly should be an option for first, last, and middle.
