Pad overlapping problems

I know pads can't overlapping but I experience a lot of times problems with pad with sharing edges that give me errors altought I check carefully they don't overlap but have only one or more sharing edges.
This happens often with edges not straight (arcs).
Any suggestion?

I had this same problem & sent the file off to support quite a while ago. They haven't gotten back to me yet...

Thanks sfaust, but I cannot think to send the file to the factory every time (and it happens too often...) I have this problem.
Maybe it's time to fix even this prob, don't they think?

P.S. not to talk the time I have to waste - as today - to try to do something with no result!!!!

I just loaded a Revit 7 drawing into Revit 8 and got a pad overlapping error that was working fine in 7.

I just start to be really tried of Revit and its strange behaviors that cause me a waste of time I cannot anymore support... it's a shame!

frame, my file was uploaded to subscription center under "SR# 1-88482771 - Pads can not share lines..." You should be able to find it there...
