Section Heads not Updating

Started project in 7 and updated to V8. Revised section names but section heads in plan failed to update. Is this a problem with V8 or am I missing something?

can you please post the file? in case it is too big,let me know i will give you access to where you can upload it.

I revised the names to match the numbers on the section heads, but still can't make them update if I change the name of the section.
