Isolate Layer Command

A technical support person informed me that AutoCAD LT products will not work with Express Tools or any other bonus addons such as the isolate layer command. However, hardly a day goes by that I don't isolate layers! This command should be offered in LT. Is anybody else out there isolating layers using the layer manager and wishing they could isolate them with one easy command?
