Ok, not sure if this is the right place for this. Been playing with filtered schedules in V6 to do keynoting.
Have a look at the attached project.
Workflow would be:
1.. create filtered lists for each sheet as shown.
2.. place keynotes on project
3.. When you're finished highlight everything in a view and filter for generic annotations. then change the sheet property to the relevant sheet number in the keynote family.
You can also filter for detail numbers. OK so it's not automatic but it is possible.
I can't see any current way to automatically add sheet numbers.So close yet so far away...
