Roof Problem 8.0

What's up with this? This is a simple roof a hip on a hip, what happened to the ridge of the larger hip? why the reverse pitch?

I have done this type of roof in 7.0 no problem. Is there a fix for this?

This happens all of the time for me. These roofs weren't a problem in 7.0. I guess from a previous reply that there was a change to the way the roof is calculated in 8.0. I have to make seperate roofs and them join them now (read it is a royal pain in the butt). I hope the factory will give us the option to choose the ridge direction. Like a simple flip control the ridge.
