Dynamic Blocks and Hatching

I'm having problems understanding if I can use an associative hatch within a dynamic block or not.

I create a dynamic block that I can stretch. That I've got a hold on that. I want to add some hatching to the block that will stretch along with the dynamic block and I can quiet get it to work.

Any suggestions?

Ive noticed the Hatches in Dynamic blocks are very goofy. Sometimes they work and sometimes don't. I did get some imtel that they work if you select objects instead of using the pick points option in the hatch dialog box a little better? Might want to give that a try.

I went back and tried this with no luck.

Guess I'll have to wait on the next version of AutoCAD to see if this is resolved.

Don't just wait on the next version of AutoCAD, provide your input into the future of AutoCAD - go vote now for your top 10 wishes to be submitted to Autodesk in March... you will find there is a wish there hatches to maintain their associativity in dynamic blocks!!!
