Filled Region hiding Detail Component

In the tutorial under the Detailing section I've run into an issue where I added an anchor bolt and then a concrete filled region. Now I cannot see the "J" part of the anchor bolt. Is there a view setting that I need to modify or did I put the filled region in incorrectly?

Have you tried the "send back" or "bring forward" function?

Having said this, I seem to have mixed results with those functiond. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.
