Updating Preview thumbnail image in sheet sets

On of the people I am working with on a certain project is having trouble with the thumbnail previews under the sheet set list. Is there a setting for this so that a preview is saved when the drawing file is saved? It works fine on my computer, but not hers.

Not sure if this is it.

Go to Options under the Open and Save tab. There should be a button called "Thumbnail Preview Settings". Have them check that to see if its turned on.

I am having the same problem and your fix did not work for me...any other ideas?

What I have found to work is going into Tools and Options and under Open and Save there is a button for Thumbnail Preview Settings and then make sure that the box for Generate Sheet, Sheet View and Model View Thumbnails is checked it will update the thumbnail when you save and then access the thumbnail in SSM.
