Relocating project to show correct RLs

We have drawn our project with the ground at 0 and so the levels all show their height relative to this. Now we would like the levels to show what has been determined to be the finished ground level but if I use "Relocate Project", the levels don't change the height they show.

After relocating the project, go to the level properties and change the base to " shared ".
