Wall Openings

I am drawing an entry to a house. In the rock (12' high) wall I have inserted an arched opening. The opening is a component in revit. When I go to my front elevation, the front door, side lites, basically anything beyond the opening does not show up. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Sorry that post goes back just over seven years! Zoogdesign merged its Revit forums into AUGI's in 2004 and we still have some post references that are pointing to the old database location/urls.

I think that THIS THREAD (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=1067&highlight=opening+opaque) is the one it was referring to, the issue is that Openings are set to be opaque by default because we don't normally want to see into windows in elevation views. In the situation described by the original poster, he does want to see through the opening in the wall.
