Is it just me, or is this site popping up new browsers? I may just need to ad-aware, but I keep getting pop-ups when I come here.

you shouldn't be getting ad pop-ups :?

I own the server, it's sitting right next to me, I'm not using any kind of advertising software or anything.

the only pop-up that you may get is one that notitfies you of a new private message in you inbox.

please describe the behavior, what exactly happens? What browser? I'd like to make sure it's not on my end, and help you figure it out.

thanks :)

It's not very consistent, but occasionally I get a pop-up whan I open a new browser. I have set this site up as my homepage, so I assumed it had something to do with the site, or perhaps a backdoor thing in one of the phpbb scripts you are running (obviously there is no reason for you to have pop-ups). I am going to run ad-aware...I'll let you know what I find.

did it just start?

I had to use javascript in the index.html to foward browsers to portal.php because I had trouble with an .htaccess file on apache.

try setting your home page to this exact adress:

http://www.zoogdesign.com/forums/phpBB2/portal.php

that way you will bypass some of the scripts :)
