I just loaded Revit 8 and we are having issues. After saving and closing a file, the next time it is opened, walls, drafting lines, etc... have been moved or are not shown. I have had a file where I added drafting lines, saved the file, closed the file for lunch and reopened the file to find that the lines I added were missing again. This has occured three times. Also, walls that I have pinned or locked will move between closing the drawing and opening it again. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad install or the drawing folder is corrupted. Run defragmenter and chkdsk after you uninstall the program, then reinstall and see if it is still happening. If it is, something is fishy with your computer, or someone is messing with the visibility settings and not changing them back (under view properties).

BTW are you guys using worksets and saving to central. Several problems are being reported concerning STC, so do a search for that if you are using those features.
