I was wondering if anyone new of a website that has structural models for Revit. I'm particularly looking for pier footings. It would be nice to have a parametric pier footing that can be adjusted. If anyone knows where I could find one, I would really appreciate it.

Not sure exactly what you are after, but here is a concrete footing with a circular pier on top...like a sonotube on a rectangular footing. This is a very easy family to make and you should be able to adjust it to fit your needs.

I was looking for a concrete footing with a precast conc. pier block. The one you gave me looks great. I'm going to try and modify it to work. Thanks.

How would I modify the detail to have a parametric rectangular pier on top instead of the circular pier?

Thanks!
