Just use the 'paint' tool and select the particular face of any object you wish to change.

Alternativly you can change globally through 'Object Styles'

This question is quite possibly my favorite. When I asked it a couple of years ago I smacked myself in the forehead when the answer was posted moments later. It was at that moment I realized how convoluted my thinking had become prior to having Revit in front of me. I realized then that I was expecting the answer to be, "You have to create a new wall type."

Just to add something to studio 3P's post after creating a new wall type add another layer for the side that you want a different finish then apply the material that you want.
