Can't move a View Title in Revit Series 8 Build 20050523-2003

I Can't move a View Title on a sheet view in Revit Series 8 Build 20050523-2003

Any thoughts??
Is this happening to other people as well?

I Just installed this build this morning.

Hmm I can move view titles on sheets, but it doesn't pre-highlight or anything, and sometimes the mouse doesn't even change to a cross-hair arrow. It looks like I can't move it, but if I actually click and drag it does move. Wierd.

If you click on it and drag in the same click it will move.
It no longer hightlights, but it is movable.

Click and drag in the same click, isn't that how click and drag usually works? :D

When you place your cursor over the view title look at the bottom left corner of your screen. When it says "shape handle" you know you have the view title. Just press down the left mouse button and drag.

Is your press and drag button unchecked?

In prior releases it you could hover the mouse over the view title. Press tab until the title highlights. Then just click and move it. It no longer highlights prior to being able to move it.

That it does not highlight is a bug that we are looking into.
