Parking Schedules

I am working on my first real parking layour with Revit and I can't get phase to show as a parameter for the parking spaces. I want to segregate my spaces into four seperate counts and phase seemed the obvious method.

Has anybody else been able to do this?

Any help would be appriciated

Why not make a shared parameter called Lot Number. Add it to the parking family, Then sort the parking schedule using Lot number.
