Line behavior in legends

I was drawing some drafting lines (OMG no not lines!!! :p ) yes lines in a window type legend for my curtain walls and I noticed that my trim tools weren't working.. is this a bug in version 8?

No problem with trim here.

It is a bug in the previous build of 8 and appears to be in this latest one as well (version 7.0 too)

Using RB8 20050523_2300 and not seeing anything unusual with trim and detail linework.

Interesting! Same build downloaded from web. If you draw two detail lines in a legend view, choose trim, Revit will select the first line but ignore the second line.
