Autocad illegall operation

Neither my Autocad 200i nor my AutocadLT2000 will start up. I get a message that an illegal operation has occurred and this is the error message:

What can I do to get this up and running? I teach Autocad and Inventor at a local tech school, so I really need the version on my home computer to work.
