From Room Problem

Is there an explanation for why the 'FROM ROOM' and 'TO ROOM' fields may be blank? I have two elevator machine rooms that are from the same penthouse. One is displaying correctly and the other is missing the elevator machine room. Any help would be appreciated.

I've found the problem. It was the fact that the 'itemize every instance' box was NOT checked. FYI for others...
