Add rows to drawing list

I'm trying to add rows to my drawing list to add the other
disciplines.
but the add rows icon is grayed out.
What am I missing?

drawing list will fill out and add rows when sheets are added. you can make 'placeholder' sheets.

Just starting. I get that I have to add blank sheets to add my other consultants. Kind of odd, but...

We have some architectural drawings that have multiple title lines. I have been able to use control enter to get the titles to display properly on the sheet. When I make my drawing list, the same tactic does not work and I end up with the three different titles spread across one line - rather ugly.

Is it possible to have a drawing list in which multiple titles for one sheet list vertically?

No one has replied yet to this thread. I had the same trouble when we put our drawing title on the sheets - we have quite a few sheets that have more than one title to them. For example, our cover sheet has the drawing list, consultants and sometimes the OBC matrix. So far we just add enough spaces to the title so that a second line occurs, but this shows up on the drawing list as a big space between the two different titles.

Any suggestions?
