Lost third button to my mouse

I lost control of my thumbbutton on my mouse. The person who is suppose to be the IT for our office, had me save one of my templates into another folder. Rename from template extension to a menu extension. Then assign that template as my startup template. Needless to say everything went wrong. I've restored everything but my mouse. I no longer can use the third button to my mouse.

Do you have the disk for the mouse installation? the drivers will be updated when you run the setup.
