In Revit Building 8.0, we have been given the ability to file Support Requests through the Help Menu in Revit, which is very cool. What's not cool, is that it doesn't work for me.....it says my product is not under subscription. Uh, yes it is!

Anyone else having problems? I was able to file a Support Request about not being able to file a Support Request :confused: at THIS ADDRESS. (http://pointa.autodesk.com/local/enu/portal/vip/members/services/cschelp.jsp)

I have to do everything twice on that menu to get it to "take". I always get an error message on the first attempt.

Yes, that is the exact message that I get on the first attempt, however my second attempt always goes through.

He doesn't have any idea...he just installs the software!

I experience the same thing. No go the first time, then no probs the second... weird...
